This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, how long we keep it, and your rights over it. It applies to the enquiry form — the only place we collect personal data.

Who is responsible for your data

Four Acre Foods is the trading name of Four Acre Family Farm Foods Ltd, the data controller for information collected through this site.

Registered name:
Four Acre Family Farm Foods Ltd
Company number:
679096
Registered office:
[TBD registered office address]

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send through the enquiry form:

  • Name, company, email address, and phone number (if you provide it)
  • Country / region
  • Details about your product and project (type, stage, estimated volume, target format, timeline, and any notes you add)

We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies — which is why you don't see a cookie banner.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, assess whether we're a suitable manufacturer for your product, and contact you about it. We do not use your details for marketing, and we won't add you to a mailing list without your separate consent.

Legal basis (GDPR): [TBD — to be confirmed by legal review; typically steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and/or legitimate interest.]

How long we keep it

Enquiries are received and held as email — the website itself keeps no database of submissions. We retain enquiry emails for [TBD retention period], after which they are deleted.

Who has access

Your enquiry is handled internally by Four Acre Foods. We use the following processors only to operate the site and deliver email:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, form routing, and Turnstile spam protection.
  • Resend — sends your confirmation email and delivers your enquiry to us.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. [TBD — confirm whether any processor transfers data outside the EU/EEA and, if so, the safeguards in place.]

Cookies

This site sets no non-essential or tracking cookies. [TBD — confirm whether Cloudflare Turnstile sets a strictly-necessary cookie for spam protection and describe it here if so.]

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and request portability. To exercise any of these, email info@fouracrefoods.ie. You also have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
