From concept to first pallet

  2. Step 2: Recipe & sampling

    We refine or reproduce your formulation and produce samples for your sign-off, working to the spec you need to hit.

  3. Step 3: Trial run

    A small production run validates the process on our line and confirms the product behaves at scale before full commitment.

  4. Step 4: Full production

    Scaled production to your specification and format, made to a standard you can hand straight to your customer.

  5. Step 5: Ongoing supply

    Repeat runs and forecasting once you're in market, so supply keeps pace with demand.
